If you missed it last year, this was a really fantastic time! Everyone had a great time and Mick’s cooking was off the charts good. In fact, the 100 pounds of Chicken, Pork and Brisket that he smoked was gone in 15 minutes. This year Mick is upping his game, and he is smoking 200 pounds of meat!
Quintessence would like to thank all of our fantastic customers with an epic party.
What are we doing?
Mick is bringing in his professional grade smoker and he is going to cook for everyone: pulled pork, Chicken, Smoked Brisket, plus many sides and plenty of desserts.
We also hired a mobile bar cart to setup in the parking lot to provide high end mixed drinks, wine, beer, Scotch, Bourbon and more.
Meet representatives from Ø Audio, Accuphase, Audio Research, Boulder, Cardas, Clearaudio, Critical Mass, D’Agostino, dCS, DS Audio, Dynaudio, Fyne Audio, Hana Cartridges, Innuos, McIntosh, MOON by Simaudio, Sonus faber, and Wilson Audio. We will not be scheduling any listening times or talks; however, Hi-End systems will be setup in all 3 listening rooms and our manufacturers will be there to answer any of your questions.
We will also be raffling off shirts, hats, and other swag and best of all. Must attend event to enter, one entry per family.
We will start at 2 PM and it will run until 8PM.
This is not an event that you will want to miss.
